Before contacting support

  • Confirm the server or subscription works with another compatible client.
  • Include the protocol and transport type, but do not send passwords, UUIDs, private keys, or full server addresses.
  • Describe what you expected, what happened, and the device and iOS version you are using.

What U-VPN support can cover

We can help with the app interface, compatible imports, routing behavior, and client-side diagnostics. Your VPN provider remains responsible for server availability, account access, subscription content, and service-side policies.
